Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of order placement.
  • No cancellation requests will be accepted after the initial 24-hour window, or if the order is dispatched.
  • You have the option to modify the selected garment or add more items to your order during this time.
  • If you choose not to proceed with the order, the order amount will be converted into PP credits.
  • PP credits are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of conversion.

Exchange Policy:

  • For International orders, exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
  • Domestic orders can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Ensure that you include comprehensive order details on the return parcel for efficient processing.
  • Each order qualifies for a one-time exchange.
  • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal value or higher.
  • Please note that any customized garments are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • It’s important to avoid combining ongoing discounts or coupons with PP credits during the exchange process.
  • During sale periods, only size adjustments are allowed for items purchased.
  • Premium garments priced above 6000/- are exempt from general returns or exchanges, and are eligible only for size-related adjustments.

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product:

  • In the event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • When contacting us, please provide reference images along with a detailed description of the issue and your order information.
  • Our dedicated team will guide you through the return process and assist in arranging the return shipment.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly initiate the shipment of the correct order.

Refund Policy:

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for any orders.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the product quality or size for international or domestic orders, you must initiate the return shipment.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inform you and provide the opportunity to select your desired exchange item.
  • Alternatively, if you prefer not to make an immediate exchange, the order amount can be converted into PP credits.
  • PP credits will be valid for a period of 1 year, but issuance will occur only after the returned outfit is received by us.

Important Note Regarding Block Printed Collection:

  • We have taken utmost care to ensure the accurate display of colors in our products.
  • However, please be aware that there may be variations due to differences in devices, screen settings, and brightness.
  • Initial washes of block-printed items may result in slight bleeding of colors.
  • Some areas of the outfit’s base might appear slightly stained due to inherent block-printing characteristics; these are not considered defects and are natural to the process.
