Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Applicable for kurti, coord set, and night suit products only if received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Slight color or size variation due to photography is not eligible for return.

Return Process

• Share your order details and clear images of the product.
• Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after quality check of the returned item.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
